My journey into the realm of spirituality was sparked by a profound love for philosophy, psychology, and the intricate workings of the human mind. For over a decade, I've delved deep into Eastern philosophy, immersing myself in its timeless wisdom and ancient teachings: The Nature of Mind, Advaita Vedanta, Buddhism, Taoism, Spirituality, Philosophy, Psychology, Esoteric... This interest was ignited by my roots in India, where I was born. It was there, amidst the rich tapestry of ancient traditions and spiritual practices, that I first felt the energetic pull towards a deeper understanding of life's mysteries.

Beyond my spiritual pursuits, I find solace and inspiration in the beauty of nature. Martial arts helped me hone my skills physically and spiritually. It was through martial arts that I discovered the ancient concept of wei wu wei, or 'action through inaction,' which has profoundly shaped my approach to life. This philosophy teaches us to flow with the natural rhythms of existence, embracing the effortless harmony of the universe.

My deep connection with nature extends to my Vegan lifestyle, advocacy for animal rights and volunteering efforts. As a dog behaviorist and horse riding instructor, I've witnessed the transformative power of the human-animal bond firsthand, and I'm committed to advocating for the welfare and well-being of all creatures.

With 25 years of experience in sales and business, I've developed the ability to connect work with a spiritual approach. In fact, it happens automatically when we are aligned; there's no need for a specific effort. First align, rest will happen!
